Kadir KUGU
He studied Computer Engineering in Turkey and Denmark. He worked in product development and management in many sectors such as defense, finance, tourism, transportation, gaming, smart cities and cybersecurity. In 2020, he founded Piapex, Turkey's first product management brand, and began providing consultancy to companies in the fields of product strategy, innovation, growth and investment. He is active in the start-up ecosystem as a mentor, coach and angel investor.

Sabancı received engineering and business management education at METU and Stanford Universities. He held senior positions at institutions such as THY, Sabancı Holding, TİM and Qatar Airways. Tabalu, who is an expert in corporate strategy, financial planning, system integration and digital transformation, has focused on consulting activities in recent years.

Prof. Dr. Serdar S. DURMUSOGLU
Prof. Dr. Serdar S. Durmuşoğlu holds a PhD in marketing from Michigan State University, an MBA from Purdue University, and a BA in mathematics from Boğaziçi University. He has held academic positions in the US, Thailand, and China, and was most recently Dean of Nanjing Tech University. He has international publications in the fields of product development, innovation management, and marketing. He has been on the PDMA award jury for over five years.
